So much fuss about only 0.07%!!!

This statement was made by a congress MoS in response to the question raised in parliament about forming a joint parliamentary committee (what a joke) or involving what is today known as Congress Bureau of Investigation for enquiry into the CWG scam. Well guess the word scam at the end of that sentence is redundant – CWG = scam as far as the common man goes (yes, Madam Sonia the same mango man of congress). So this statement has actually made me think what if other people too thought in terms of percentages.

Income Tax Department –

Oh! His income tax is just .000000001% of the income to the government. Leave him, let him not pay tax or rather would say – Reliance brings in just .04% of income to the govt in terms of taxes, let’s leave it and not make so much noise about them not paying taxes.

Hospitals –

Oh! This guy is just .0000625% of the Indian population, why bother, let him die.

Movie Director –

Hah! The climax is just .00025% of the movie, let’s not shoot that.

My Company –

His salary is just .00000006% of the total expenditure to the company, don’t pay him! (Oops, stop giving ideas you idiot!)

The last one is alarming, so are the others. Can we start thinking about money like this? Would the Congress MoS( I would prefer calling them moss! but then my 6th std biology teacher says Moss is a living thing and I wouldn’t want to offend them, lest they start growing around me ADDED: Even word tried correcting it as MOSS :P) say ok, that guy just ran away with one crore of money from my account. Will Ambani say ok, that guy didn’t pay one year phone bill that’s like 1e-305462%(ok I don’t know how many zeros, the computer hanged when I made the calculation) of my money let’s leave it.  When it’s not your money (yes ministers don’t pay tax you idiot), why bother about it.

When asked to comment on Tax Payer money, “Splurge it, these idiots won’t ask you a single question “says the man behind dark glasses sitting in Chennai, he added, “My family has done it since time immemorial, no one even cares, see my nephew runs a cable TV channel so we took the tax payers money and gave free TV but then they have to pay exorbitant rates for cable connection and then we got STB concept and rolled it out here first. Then my relative started a gas stove business, so we gave free cylinders to everyone and made them buy stoves, Now my nephew again wants to start an airline business, thinking if we should give everyone free tickets with tax payer money and fool them into buying water and food in the airplane, whoa great idea right, Oh Russian Leader!(his son) implement this idea immediately”.

Hmm, when can we see an end to this? Not in my lifetime I guess. But then I am again one of those ever complaining, no action average middle class Indian who says all this and then also says, “What can I do, I am alone, they are the government”.
